meet the Photographer
I grew up in Lakeland, Florida, where I attended St. Joseph School and Santa Fe Catholic High School. I'm Cherokee and Finnish, and my husband is Italian, so food is always a huge part of our lives. Who doesn't love good food?
I have three sons, one of whom came to me later in his life. They are everything to me. Raising good boys has been one of the truly biggest accomplishments of my life. They are going to change the world. I also have 7 rescue cats. It's always been a dream to one day own a cat sanctuary and rescue.
I have what has been christened "goth tendencies," and I love all things bats and Halloween. It is a lifestyle. I have been known to frequent The Castle in Ybor City once upon a time. It will always be home to me.
Human rights are incredibly important to me, and fighting for them for ALL people is something I will never stop doing. I firmly support LGBTQ+ and Black Lives Matter. I will forever fight for the rights of Indigenous Peoples and women. I’ve always been passionate about fighting for equality and standing up for what’s right, especially for those who may not have a voice. All humans have inalienable rights. In everything I do, I strive to spread kindness, acceptance, and love, hoping to make a positive impact in this world.
